The eServices Portal provides a standardized, easy-to-use Web interface for network, system and software management. It is the managed service tool for monitoring and system management for all segments (banking/retail/petrol) and is used for over 150.000 managed devices all over the world. 

Apart from the underlying functionality, the eServices Portal should allow the support teams, 3rd parties and customers to simplify and improve the amount of work involved in support and operational processes. In addition it should help to proactively monitor the connected customer devices and react on errors or observe unusual behavior.

Additionally, the eServices Remote Management Platform Service is providing the possibility for a remote interaction with connected devices, either via defined remote commands or via a remote session. Within the last years the eServices Portal provides further services such as Request Management, Master Data Management and a Deployment Management Tool.
