In 2021, we launched our first three employee resource groups to help us strengthen our diverse culture and create an environment in which our employees feel appreciated, involved, heard, connected and supported, and have equal opportunity to thrive at work. Since then, we hosted our first – and very memorable – event honoring the Tuskegee Airmen during Black History Month, exceeded our year one membership goal by more than 25%, added three more ERGs and connected with countless employees from more than 29 countries around the world.
Today, any employee is welcome to join one – or more! – of our ERGs based on their shared characteristics, social identity, life experiences or to support the groups as an ally. Each ERG welcomes its employee-members by promoting a safe environment and encouraging our colleagues to bring their whole selves to work. These purposes are enabled through personal and professional development activities, networking, open forums about experiences inside and outside the work environment, cultural celebrations and more.
